Advancing Engineering Excellence: LYTH Delivers 100 Customized NMC Battery Modules to Turkey
Recently, LYTH Battery successfully completed the delivery of 100 units of custom-engineered 1P12S 58Ah NMC battery modules to a leading industrial automation integrator in Turkey. This delivery not only highlights LYTH’s competitive edge in the battery cell trade but also marks a new peak in the company’s engineering capabilities for custom lithium battery module design and manufacturing.
The 1P12S modules were specifically tailored to meet the strict spatial constraints of the Turkish client’s industrial equipment. Each module features high-performance 58Ah NMC cells connected via advanced automated laser welding technology, ensuring ultra-low contact resistance and superior anti-vibration durability. During the design phase, LYTH’s engineering team prioritized heat dissipation requirements for Turkish industrial environments, optimizing the physical structure and integrating high-precision FPC sampling interfaces for seamless BMS integration.

To ensure peak performance after long-distance transit, LYTH simulated harsh industrial operating conditions prior to dispatch. Each of the 100 modules underwent 100% charge-discharge cycle testing, insulation resistance testing, and simulated transport vibration analysis. Furthermore, considering the specific logistics regulations in Turkey, all products were secured in UN38.3-certified reinforced wooden crates, accompanied by comprehensive technical documentation and Certificates of Origin (CO).

“Turkey is a pivotal market connecting Asia and Europe, with rapidly increasing levels of industrial automation,” commented the COO of LYTH. “By delivering these 1P12S modules, we have demonstrated LYTH’s ability to provide ‘turnkey’ battery module solutions tailored to unique client needs. From cell screening to laser welding and final functional verification, we aim to be the most reliable engineering partner for system integrators worldwide.”
