The CALB L148N58 cell is a standout in the NMC category, renowned for its superior energy-to-weight ratio and VDA-standard dimensions (L148 series). To meet the stringent consistency standards of the Austrian market, LYTH’s operations center implemented a rigorous 72-hour quality control protocol prior to shipment. Utilizing high-precision testing equipment, our technical team performed full-scale Open Circuit Voltage (OCV) matching and internal resistance screening, ensuring the entire batch maintains a voltage differential of ≤8mV. This “ready-to-use” quality assurance significantly reduces the testing cycles for our clients’ downstream pack assembly.
